外国人のための日本酒セミナー＆パーティー開催！

和食が世界遺産になって以来、日本酒も、外国人の方々に注目を集めている。
今回は、アジア諸外国の方々約80名をお迎えして、日本酒＆日本ワインのイベントを開催した。
会場は、明治記念館。
まずは、 日本ワインでウエルカム。

The sake attracts attention to foreigners since Japanese food became the world heritage.
I had approximately 80 people from each Asian country　and held an event of the sake & Japan wine　at MEIJI KINENKAN.At first it is welcome with Japanese wine.

今回の日本ワインには、 山形タケダワイナリーの蔵王スター（マスカットベーリーＡ）をメインに。和食の肉料理にはぴったり。
The Zao star (Muscat Baly A) of the Yamagata Takeda winery in Maine. It is good to the meat dishes of the Japanese food.

そのほかスパークリングには 「マンズ　おもてなし　ブリュット　ブラン・ド・ノワール（山梨県）」、白は「シャトー・メルシャン　甲州　（山梨県）」、一部フランスワインで和食に合うものをお勧めした。

"Chateau Mercian Koshu" (Yamanashi)  for white, “OMOTENASHI  Brut  Blanc de Noir”　 for Sparkling (Yamanashi), and I recommended few french wine for good to the Japanese food.

Both the Japanese white wine and the red wine are extreme popularity!

ディナー前にプチセミナー。日本酒の魅力、種類、楽しみ方をお話しする。
I held a petit seminar before dinner. I talk about charm, a kind, a way of enjoying sake.

お話の後にはテイスティング。基本の5種類を味わっていただくが・・・・。
and next is tasting after the story. Have taste basic five kinds, but ...

ここでテーブルごとに、どのお酒がどのタイプかを当てるクイズを行った。
I give a quiz to guess right which sake was which type every table.

各テーブルごとにリーダーが「これぞ」と思われるボトルを掲げる。
The leader  raise the bottle which they thinks ｃorrect answer.

みなさん、ワイワイと楽しそう。
Everybody considerably looks happy　with sake quiz.

問題がカンタンだったか、みなさんお酒がおいしかったか、見事正解者多数。よって、第2問。美味しいお酒のコメントクイズ。
A quiz is a lot of correct answer people by easy result. Thus, second quiz to compete for skill of the tasting comment!

上手にコメントを発表してくださった方には商品を。司牡丹酒造「船中八策」の1合ボトルをテーブル席10名様皆様に。また、「べくはい」酒器もお持ち帰りいただいた。面白い形の酒器に参加者は大喜び！
アジア各国の方々にも日本酒杯愛されているよう。
